Processing time
The majority of items are available and will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received. We ship temperature-sensitive products on Mondays through Wednesdays, while all other items are shipped from Monday to Saturday. To clarify, chocolate orders can only be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, irrespective of when the payment is made. Shipments typically arrive within 1-3 business days for priority shipping and 3-5 days for first-class shipping. Orders weighing less than 16 ounces will be shipped via USPS First Class. We realize that you want your candy and snacks as soon as possible, but please note that our shipping times depend on the Post Office
Shipping cost
At Snack Attack, we strive to offer transparent and upfront shipping prices, ensuring that our customers are well-informed about the costs involved. We have partnered with USPS as our primary shipping service to provide you with reliable and cost-effective delivery. Please find below a summary of our shipping rates:
- Items weighing up to 1lb:
- First-class shipping at a flat rate of $5.50, averaged from 1/4lbs ($4.5) to 3/4lbs ($6.5).
- Items weighing over 1lb and up to 5lbs:
- Shipped using a USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope at a cost of $8.50, which includes a $0.20 platform fee.
- Items weighing between 5lbs and 10lbs:
- Shipped in a USPS Flat Rate Medium Box at a cost of $14.50, which includes a $0.50 platform fee.
- Items weighing between 10lbs and 15lbs:
- Shipped in a USPS Flat Rate Large Box at a cost of $18.95.
- Items weighing between 15lbs and 30lbs:
- Shipped in double USPS Flat Rate Large Boxes at a cost of $38.
- Items weighing over 30lbs:
- We will make every effort to fit your items within a $100 shipping cost. However, we may need to contact you before confirming your order to discuss the best shipping options.
We have chosen not to offer free shipping, as we believe in keeping our product prices separate from shipping costs. This approach allows you to pay for shipping only once and order as much variety as you want, without feeling deceived by hidden fees. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.
Out of stock
At times, we may experience delays in receiving products from the manufacturer or distributor, resulting in the unavailability of an item when you place an order. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by email and provide you with an estimated timeline for when we expect to receive more products. You will then have the option to (1) wait for the product to become available, (2) substitute it with another product, or (3) cancel your order and request a refund. We kindly request that you respond to us as soon as possible. In the event that we do not hear back from you, we will wait for the product to arrive and ship it out in its entirety. If you prefer to split the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our shipping options are currently limited to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
